Hi, I’m Dr Megan Michaux.

I am a medical doctor, certified in lifestyle medicine, with a particular interest in obesity medicine. I am also a qualified personal trainer and a nutritionist.

My approach is grounded in current evidence and clinical reasoning, rather than trends, extremes, or quick fixes.

I work with patients who are looking for a bespoke, structured, and medically guided approach to weight management.
